Welcome at the table with chef Lina, specialised in typical Romagna and international cuisine. She have long experience as chef de cuisine and she knows significant goal which characterizes our region: taste, digestibility and variety.
Among Lina's passions stand out sauces and risottos, naturally at first the seafood one.
Her first help Sous-chef Rosaria keeps in store her special recipe of mixed fried fish, a recipe which has immediately delighted our palates !
We can't forget our grandmother Pina, first chef of Solmar Hotel. We are always inspired by her continuity for a simple and safe typical cooking which will surely surprise you.
